Newly remodeled 3 bedroom / 1 bathroom FULLY FURNISHED apartment located in the sunny Excelsior neighborhood. This is a 900 sq. ft. apartment with a full kitchen, living room, dining room, WiFi, three TVs (each with AppleTV and all the streaming services), private entrance, and shared washer/dryer. Primary bedroom has one queen bed, second bedroom has a daybed (twin mattress), third bedroom has a set of bunkbeds (twin mattresses). We are 1 mile from the Balboa Park BART station,1.3 miles from the Glen Park BART station, and the MUNI bus lines stop one block from our house – which provides easy access to BART and downtown SF (Balboa Park BART to Civic Center BART is a 13-minute ride). The Excelsior is a residential neighborhood and we’re located only 7 blocks from Mission St with many great restaurants, bars, etc. Close to Safeway (0.5 miles), Whole Foods (1.5 miles), Trader Joe’s (2.5 miles), Stonestown Galleria (2.5 miles), Bernal Heights (2.5 miles), and the Mission District (2.5 miles). Six blocks east is McLaren Park – a 300+ acre park (about 1/3 the size of Golden Gate Park) with great hiking, walking/running/biking trails, ponds, amazing views, tennis courts, and a golf course.
