3 Bedroom House in Ravenscourt Park, London
Relax in a comfortable, spacious family home in central London after your busy day sightseeing, visiting friends or working. You’ll be a 30 second walk from the gorgeous Hammersmith and Chiswick riverfront where you can stroll, cycle, walk your dog, find some lovely historic pubs and some great little cafes and restaurants. You're also close to the boutiques and shops in Notting Hill, Kensington and Chiswick. In our opinion as 20+ year London residents, this neighborhood is London’s best kept secret as it offers a central London location simultaneously with a laid back holiday / vacation vibe that comes with waterfront living.
*As a bonus, those who book can use our family's Fulham FC Premier League soccer tickets at Craven Cottage stadium (35 min walk along the riverfront) against Arsenal (December 31) and Burnley (December 23). Our seats are on row 2 near the Hammersmith end corner flag (see photo of the view from the seats). Soccer fans will know how hard these tickets are to procure. See below for the fine print regarding these tickets.
There are three tube stations within walking distance (Stamford Brook and Ravenscourt Park are about an 11-12 min walk and Hammersmith is about a 16 minute walk). If you’re bringing your car you can park in our driveway.
On the ground floor you’ll find a large kitchen with a table that can seat up to six people and all of the necessary kitchen appliances and items to cook your own meals and dine at home if you prefer. You will also find a laundry room, 1/2 bathroom and a cupboard for shoes etc.
On the first floor you’ll find the living room with a smart TV and Xbox as well as the third bedroom that doubles as an office if you wish. This is a large room with two desks, a printer, and a very comfortable day bed with a pull out trundle bed. Two people can sleep in this room. You will also find a bathroom with a shower on this floor.
On the second floor you’ll find a bedroom with a UK king bed (attention North American guests, a UK king bed is smaller than an American king bed, it’s closer to a queen bed but it’s definitely large enough for two adults) a desk and some wardrobe space. Two people can sleep in this room. You will also find a modern bathroom with a shower and an additional bedroom with bunk beds that are made specifically for adults so they’re strong. The bottom bed of the bunk is a double bed and the top bed of the bunk is a single bed. Three people can sleep in this room. There will also be wardrobe / clothes storage space in this room.
This property is pet-friendly but this needs to be approved on a case by case basis - please contact me first for approval.
There is also a small back garden with a table. Please note the grill / BBQ is off-limits to guests.

-only for use when staying at the property on the evening of the respective game(s) (December 23 and/or December 31).
-our family's tickets are adults and youth tickets. If the youth tickets need to be upgraded to adult tickets, Fulham FC will charge an additional sum (approx. £25-30 per ticket) to upgrade the ticket. I can arrange to do this for you.
-You will receive printed tickets for the game. There is a nominal amount to print the tickets, which we will cover.
