3 Bedroom Cottage in Beadnell

This cosy cottage is situated in the heart of the coastal village of Beadnell, a short walk to places to eat and the beautiful coastline and beaches. The property is furnished and equipped to a good standard and provides ideal base to discover the wonderful north Northumberland coastline with it beautiful beaches and Castle’s.Beadnell village has x3 lovely eateries and dogs welcome at the local pub . Cottage Consists of a hall way / boot room , Large Open plan Living / Dinning area and Kitchen . Lovely and light . We have one good sized bathroom with Bath and electric shower above . There are 3 bedroom , 2 doubles ( one double bed is only accessed from one side )and a single room with full sized single bunks and additional pull out bed stored underneath for ocassional guests . Children ‘s bed guard available and Highchair , plus a little ones table and chairs .. Lovely sun trap patio and small garden at the rear which is very secure and private . Large lawned areas to front and side of Cottage and off street parking for one car but ample on street parking directly outside of Cottage . Walking distance to a very well stocked village store 2 mins away . Shopping available in nearby Seahouse which has a good range of eateries and shops including a good sized CO OP for supplies . All main supermarket deliver to village for internet orders . We Welcome dogs and even provide dog throws so your 4 legged companion can be comfy too . We accept 3 dogs if you have more can you please let us know prior to booking . As the Cottage is all on one level it is ideal for the elderly too. The garage has room to store bike if you bring them . We have a washing machine and tumble dryer in the utility room in the garage accessed by an internal door from the kitchen . A bbq and chairs are provided for the good weather . We have a real fire which will have a small supply of Coal to get you started in the winter months . Toilet rolls , kitchen cleaning liquids provided . As we accept dogs and regularly stay at out cottage with our own dogs this property is not suitable for persons with pet allergies . Whilst every effort is made to clean up pet hair please be mindful that this is not 100% possible at times. ***IMPORTANT INFO , DUE TO OUR RISK ASSESSMENT FOR CORONAVIRUS WE ARE USING DISINFECTANT SPRAY ON ALL COMMON TOUCH AREA’S. WE WILL NOT BE PROVIDING TOWELS OR ANY BED LINEN DUE TO ENHANCED CLEANING ON CHANGEOVER DAY. ALL MATTRESS WILL HAVE NEWLY WASHED COVERS AND PILLOW PROTECTORS ON PILLOWS . DETAILS OF ALL OCCUPANTS WILL BE REQUIRED ON BOOKING TO ASSIST WITH TRACK, TRACE & ISOLATE SYSTEM . WE REGRET THAT WE WILL BE UNABLE TO ACCOMMODATE ANY PERSONS FROM A LOCALLY LOCKED DOWN AREA, BUT WILL GIVE A FULL REFUND .
