Wow - is all you can say about this tastefully Tommy Bahama / Classy Tropical decorated unit at the Ocean Ritz Beach Resort. Nothing was spared when we chose and filled this unit with everything you should need on your vacation. This ninth floor unit sits right on the beautiful emerald ocean. The extra large balcony with beautiful concrete stained pavers can be accessed through both the living and master bedroom with three sitting areas featuring high end outdoor furniture including a dining table seating 8. This is the largest three bedroom Balcony on the entire beach!!
All porcelain wood tile floors throughout the entire Condo. The Living Room has a 55' Flat Screen HDTV with an HD cable box, Premium Channels / On Demand movies, a Blu-Ray player, and an LG SoundBar. All upgraded stainless steel appliances equip the Kitchen. And a FULL SIZED Samsung Washer and Dryer accommodate your laundry needs. The main Master Bedroom faces the Gulf and has a King Size bed and private bath. The Second Master Bedroom has a King Size Bed and private bath and your Guest Bedroom has a Queen Size Bed and adjoining bath. Each Bed has a memory foam topper. Even the brand new commercial grade Living Room Sofa folds out to a queen bed with a Memory Foam Mattress. Each Bedroom is equipped with LCD TVs and Blu Ray players.
Ocean Ritz 902 has a fully equipped upgraded appliances and a granite kitchen, full sized washer/dryer and Free High Speed Wireless Internet. This Gulf Front Condo has its own covered parking spot conveniently located by the Elevator.
Ocean Ritz is a unique Condo Complex with only three and four Bedroom units. Only three units per floor!! Gorgeous heated swimming pool with large hot tub, exercise room / equipment, and sauna. We are directly on the beach with an easy handicap ramp. Ocean Ritz is centrally located to everything you will need on your vacation. Summary: The unit itself was nice. For 3 days and 3 nights at first arrival the ac unit did not work and the room was 80 plus degrees. There were elderly people and very young children, so the was rough. The owner did work to get it fixed, but I could tell he was getting irritated with me contacting him each day. The garbage disposal was broken, the main bedroom hot tub jets did not work and the washer had issues.
