No parking in the west driveway during your stay so vehicle access remains accessible to the back house. The driveway to the west must stay accessible at all times to allow access to the back of the property. You can park in the circular driveway or the driveway to the east.
Heating the pool will come with an additional fee and will depend on the time of year. This is a large pool, roughly twice the size of an average pool. If you’re interested in heating the pool, please message me before you book or after.
Pool heating is recommended from Oct to May. You must request pool heating atleast 48 hours in advance and make full payment before we heat the pool. You must heat for the entire stay.
To use a pool slide safely, you should:
Steps: small children should be assisted up and into the slide. The steps are constructed of pavers and there is a handrail. No roughhousing on the steps.
Position: Enter the slide while sitting and lie on your back with your arms crossed. Only go down the slide feet first or while sitting. Never go down head first.
Supervision: Have a parent or buddy present.
Clear path: Make sure the exit path is clear of other swimmers, toys, and floats.
No roughhousing: Avoid roughhousing on or near the slide.
Water lubrication: Make sure the water is turned on before sliding.
Use pool and slide at your own risk.
***Do not climb on the boulders and rocks.
***Please stay off the slope of gravel on the backside of pool slide.
This property and neighborhood uses septic tank sewer systems. Please flush toilet paper only. Even flushable wipes will damage the septic system.
You’re welcome to use the washer/dryer but will need to provide your own laundry detergent. (If there is laundry detergent in the guesthouse please help yourself)
You’re welcome to use the grill but will need to provide your own propane. It uses the smaller camping style propane bottles. (If there is propane, please help yourself)
Use common courtesy and respect the neighborhood where you are staying to ensure an enjoyable experience for all.
City ordinance prohibits
loud music, unruly parties, and on-street parking in residential neighborhoods.
The City prohibits the use of radios, musical instruments, sound systems and other sound-emitting devices outside a home or rental property between 10 p.m. and 10 a.m.

***You have the entire house to yourself with the exception of two closets which have the property owners’ belongings inside.
***The garage to the west is where the laundry machines are located.
***The garage to the east is locked and not accessible.
