This dreamy oasis presents a three-story, three-unit apartment complex within the confines of a secure, private gated community. Each unit gets its own story and there is a large shared outdoor space as well as private patios with each unit.
This newly constructed unit, completed in 2022, has brand-new stainless steel appliances. The apartment is fully furnished and has all your kitchen essentials- pots, pans, silverware, cutting boards, glasses, plates, etc..
Upon your arrival, you'll be greeted by a spacious environment, perfect for savoring morning coffee, evening cocktails, or simply unwinding. The seamless integration of the kitchen, dining room, and living room creates an open-concept space, offering a breathtaking panoramic view southward to St. Thomas.
The three cozy bedrooms, all have queen size beds, each equipped with individual AC units, TVs, and ample closet space. The two secondary bedrooms conveniently share a full bath, while the master bedroom not only features a private full bathroom but also shares a delightful deck with one of the other bedrooms. You will be provided with linens and towels.
For added convenience, a washer and dryer are tucked away in the back of the unit. Each 3 bedroom unit has 2 parking spaces as well!.
