In the heart of all resort action and the 300 foot wide beach. Enjoy all the action but still be on the quiet end of the strip. Rate includes wifi, cable tv and HBO. Watch the sunrise with morning coffee and all the beach activity and then watch the sunset and boats returning to Rudee Inlet at night on the west balcony Restaurants, bars, kiddie park, surfing area, marinas, rent jet skies etc, all within steps.
Fully furnished, full kitchen; living room, 3 bedroom, 3 balconies, indoor heated pool, gym. Seldom available- this is a privately owned bright, attractive condo on the 6th floor, on the South side and located at the quiet end and beginning of the Boardwalk. Bedroom #1-king bed, private bath, private balcony with great views of Rudee Inlet and marinas. Bedroom 2 king bed, bedroom #3 has 2 queens+ private balcony. Main living room has larger balcony + 3 rocking chairs. 4 tv's, books, toys, bogie boards, movies, games included. People, dolphin and surfer watch all day. Super comfy beds , 4 large plasma tv's .Kitchen has dishes, pots, large coffee pot, crock pot, blender, cooking and baking pans all utensils, serving dishes and alot more. Unit is an end unit on the South side of the building with 270 degree total views facing South and West and of course facing East (the ocean). With our rooftop sundeck, indoor heated pool, and exercise room, there is always something to keep you entertained. This is a private condo and no unrelated groups or a person younger than 28 can sign the lease per the Condo Association guidelines.Please feel free to contact me with any questions .
