3 Bedroom House in Northeast Edmonton, Edmonton

Welcome home! Located at cul-de-sac with free parking, huge park, ravine views, big backyard, deck, hot-tub, BBQ, free WiFi, 15 min drive to downtown, 10 mins walk to grocery store, LRT close by, 5 min drive to Costco/Walmart. Quick highway access.
Large master bedroom with jacuzzi, and two other bedrooms are located on the second floor. ROOMS have large windows for natural light. We have two large living room (main and second floor) with sofa’s in the living rooms as sleeping arrangement. A full kitchen well equipped with pots and utensils to prepare meal for the entire family. Washrooms on every floor, including dishwasher, fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, washer and dryer on the basement.
Please note that the storage room in the basement as well as garage are kept locked to store the disinfectants and other supplies for enhanced cleaning process needed for the times of COVID-19 and beyond. For fitness, treadmill is available in the basement, use it at your own risk. Also note that to keep the property safe from unwanted entry and prevent fire/water damage — the house is equipped with security system. There is security camera in the kitchen area for fire and burglary prevention and guests are welcome to unplug the device when checked in for the duration of their stay. Outdoor security cameras pointing all entry doors (front porch area and backyard) to prevent breaking in. Ask host if you are concerned about privacy.
Hot-tub gets disinfection and chlorinated water treatment (use at your own risk, as skin rash or irritated skin is common from chlorinated water especially when sit in hot-tub for long) after each guest check-out and use. It is most important to take shower before and after you use the hot-tub. Showering with soap and water removes bacteria from your body, and removes lotions, oil, deodorants, dead skin cells, etc. This is a kids friendly house, but please be extra cautious if you have kids coming with you for safety and hazard as as there are no railings to the hot-tub. Hot-tub will be closed in extreme weather situations.
Please be advised that we may ask you to provide us with 2 IDs (one being a government-issued photo ID) prior to your arrival. Upon receipt and verification of your ID, we can release the access codes to enter the house of your booking date. Alternatively, you can present your photo ID upon arrival for us to verify in person [This option is NOT available during COVID pandemic]
