Welcome to Palm Paradise! You’re about to begin your journey to Central Florida’s best kept secret. Space coast offers adventures from bioluminescence in Indian River and watching rocket launch 🚀 at Port Canaveral to walking on powder-like sand at Jetty Beach.
***Full house, 3 bedrooms, fully fenced yard , covered heated pool, Tiki bar. 1 bathroom with tub/shower. 2nd bathroom with shower. Garage has cleaning supplies as well as washer and dryer. Small closet by 2nd bathroom is locked and is accessible by cleaning crew only.
***self catering home. It means that you are provided with a beautiful house, appliances, private pool, basic amenities such as linens, towels, soaps, utensils, initial supply of toilet paper and paper towels. Surely you’ll have your own needs and preferences .For any items of personal preference or refills you may stop by any store of your choice.
****Heated pool is not the same as hot tub . Heater is set to 80 degrees. Pool is heated from From November to May
*Fully fenced yard offers plenty outdoor space for kids or pets. Has swing egg chair
*** propane grill (grill is not cleaned by cleaning crew to avoid higher cleaning rate. So please clean it after yourself but also don’t take it out on us if previous guest failed this simple act). Unfortunately, not much can be done about it. It’s still available for your use. You just have to clean it for your use.
*If you need to refill the propane tank, take the tank to nearest Homedepot or Lowe's. You will be reimbursed refill price with provided receipt.
*Full kitchen with breakfast bar/pots/utensils/plates/spices/baking sheets
*Large folding table and extra folding chairs are in garage
*Plenty of photo opportunities. Free WIFI to upload them. This is your home for however long you are staying and we hope you'll be relaxed, comfortable and happy
*PET FEE: $25 per dog per stay, but please inquire first. Please keep your fur babies off the beds and comforters. You are still responsible for making sure that the yard does not have any hidden surprises (pick up the poop).
We do our absolute best to clean up after these fur babies, but this is a dog friendly house and people with allergies may want to take this into consideration
CHECK IN is at 4PM. If there is no same day turnover, we can discuss earlier check in time.

***There are two surveillance cameras, one on the left side of the house and one on the right side of the house. Cameras are not pointed to the pool or yard areas. Two surveillance cameras pointed to the driveway. There’s one camera in the garage, which is not a living space, for monitoring deliveries. There are no cameras inside the house.
