Modern and newly decorated 3/2/2 split floor plan home on canal with boat lift and two car garage in highly sought after neighborhood of Punta Gorda Isles.
Home is decorated with brand new furniture and unique details that reflect true Florida living. Hardwood floors throughout the main living area and Berber carpet in the bedrooms.
Open floor plan includes living room with leather couches and a 65 inch flat screen television. (ALL TV's ARE SMART TV's) There is a separate sitting room just off the main living room with a couch that pulls out into a full size sleeper, ottoman and accent chair.
Open kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and bar sitting for two.
Separate laundry room off of kitchen.
The pocket sliding doors in the dining and living room open fully to allow easy access to the covered patio/lanai area that has a conversational seating area, outside bar, 60 inch flat screen television , gas grille and a ring toss game!!!
The screened in pool solar heated and has a customized light that changes with a variety of colors. Also included is an 11 foot lighted resort like umbrella.
Spacious Master bedroom has his and her closets, sitting area with large window,sliding door access to pool and 60 inch flat screen television. The en suite master bath has
double sinks, large soaking tub and a separate, large walk in shower area.
Two guest bedrooms have queen beds, flat screen televisions and walk in closets. One guest bedroom has a sliding door that leads to the pool area.
Down the hall is the spacious cabana bath with shower and tub and access to pool area.
Boat lift available. Will accommodate up to 24 feet and 5000lbs
