Located on the beautiful Ocean View Beach in Norfolk, VA, this suite is a professionally managed, freshly renovated and stylishly furnished 2-bed/1-bath vacation rental condo. The pool and laundry room is communal.

*There is no ramp or elevator in this house.
There are a total of one full bathroom that is fully equipped with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap.
The living room has ample space for relaxation and has a 55" Smart TV with high-speed wifi.
The full kitchen is equipped for all of your cooking needs and has a range with oven/stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and all cooking utensils and dining ware needed.
Guest Access:
Access is by private door with door code.
Guests will have the entire house to themselves.

Getting Around:
Guests are given one parking spot in the parking lot.

House rules:
• Absolutely no smoking of any kind. Guests will be fined if smoking policy is violated.
• No parties or events (gatherings over max occupancy of 4 will be shut down immediately unless previously approved by host)
• Quiet hours run from 11pm - 8am (this is a multi-unit, family friendly property)
• Check-in is anytime after 4PM
• This building is monitored by external security cameras
• Glitter of any kind is not allowed in the unit. Any sign of glitter throughout the unit will result in an immediate $100 cleaning remediation fee.

Use of the swimming pool is at the tenants/guests' own risk. An adult must be present at all times. Tenants and guests must practice reasonable caution when using the pool/hot tub. The host/property manager is not responsible for any loss of use that may result from weather, maintenance, or any other circumstance that might deem the pool temporarily unusable. All necessary maintenance/repairs to the pool or spa will be the responsibility of the property owner, except when such repairs are due to negligence or misuse by the guest. The guest will be held responsible for any damage caused to the pool, cleaners, equipment, or surrounding area and charged for the correction of the problem.
