This is one of the Tucson oldest and safest neighborhoods. Located just steps away to the university and the police department is nearby.

Due to the proximity of this apartment to neighboring units, noise can travel between walls. Good news! If you experience a higher than normal noise level please contact us 24/7 and we will make sure you get a great night's sleep.
Please also note that there might be occasional train horns which can be heard. We have earplugs to help lessen the noise.
