Negative: I booked on behalf of my Sales Team The access was a massive pain, I can’t understand why they were asking for our ETA when there’s no one there upon entry. They should have just sent us the access info upon billing us. Communication for access was sent via booking.com at 1am in the morning (UK time ) to myself and not the team as requested, this meant for the first night the team where unable to gain access to the property and had to use a local hotel Main issues with the property: - Bathroom was functional but very dated. Shower took a while to get the hang of!! - Impossible to run cold water at certain times, so had to run water in the kitchen and then put it in the freezer (couldn’t put it in the fridge as the fridge was broken) - Air con units were very noisy. One night, one of the guests slept on the sofa as his aircon unit was making a clicking noise. - Power tripped using the hairdryer, we found the breaker but they should really have that info somewhere in the apartment - Would be good if they provided 2 keys Requested a later check out time and was told this would cost $50 per hour, however site did give us an extra hour free of charge after we pointed out the above issues
Summary: Whilst ideal for the conference, the stay at the BnB was a little disappointing!
