Fully remodeled for the 2023 Season! Nothing overlooked, this property is absolutely beautiful!
BOTH BEDROOMS GULF FRONT!
Our vacation rental sleeps 9 in beds, with a king-size bed in the master bedroom, 2 queen size beds in the second bedroom a twin over full bunkbed in the hallway nook. Living room has a cable TV. Both bedrooms also have cable TVs.
The dining table seats 6, and is separated from the kitchen by a breakfast bar. The kitchen includes all stainless steel major appliances including microwave and dishwasher, also included dishes, cutlery, etc. and a Washer/Dryer in the utility area.
Long Beach is located on sugar white beaches in the heart of Panama City Beach. The resort is gated with 24 hour on site security. It is near family entertainment, golf, restaurants, shopping, and more. From your balcony you will enjoy an extraordinary oceanfront view with breathtaking sunsets, accessible from the living area and both bedrooms (see floor plan below).
Lounge and swim at any of our three pools with hot tubs, including a 6500 square foot lagoon pool with island water falls. There is also an on-site rental facility for jet-ski and para-sail activities.
Parking fee is $20.00+tax, per stay, per vehicle, which is included in the reservation. At least one guest must be 25 years old to rent this property.

Summary: This property is perfect. Elevators were easily accessible, ten steps off elevator and you are in. Decor is beautiful. Very clean property. One item I wish was included was beach towels. Just nice not to bring or buy. We sat on balcony a lot. This is one of the shortest walks to the beach and they keep beach very clean. You can rent chairs and umbrella directly in front of beach access. Pool was clean and you can sit while a perfect view of beach. Gym was closed which was inconvenient as I had surgery and was rehabbing knee. I will definitely rent this property again.
