On the ground floor you will find the stylish kitchen which was recently renovated with stone countertops and new stainless appliances, the spacious living area with reams of natural light and featuring a wood burning fireplace and Smart TV with complimentary Netflix account. The Master bedroom with King, en-suite shower & toilet is located upstairs. 2nd bedroom with bunk & double bed, bathroom with bathtub, shower & toilet are on the ground floor. This beautiful corner unit also offers in-suite washer/dryer, secure underground parking/bike storage and a patio with BBQ.
