This superbly styled oceanfront condo makes for a perfect luxurious getaway. Ideal for groups of friends & family looking for a high-end Florida location. Great for people looking for an extraordinary experience. It even suits couples looking for luxurious “home away from home” or a romantic break!
Living Area:
The main living space is professionally designed to be tasteful as well as comfortable for your stay. The open plan kitchen has everything you will need for your stay including a toaster, cooking pots, utensils and even a coffeemaker. From the kitchen island you look out to the living room/dinning are as well as beautiful direct ocean view through ceiling windows. The dining area has a table and four chairs. The dining area leads into the living area which has a comfortable couch along with a Smart TV that is perfect after a long day at the beach.
Master Bedroom (Direct ocean view):
The master bedroom has a king sized bed with high quality memory foam and ecologically produced bed linens and beautiful ocean views. The walk-in closet provides plenty of space to store all your clothes and the master bath has a separate shower and tub so that you don’t have to wait for your turn. This bedroom has flat screen TV.
Second Bedroom (Direct ocean view):
The 2nd bedroom has two full size beds and direct ocean view. This bedroom has flat screen TV as well. Plenty of closet space and own bathroom with shower.

ROOFTOP POOL - Located on the 6th floor, infinity-edge ocean view pool, Jacuzzi, sundeck (included in resort fee).
INTERCOSTAL POOL - Located on the ground floor, infinity-edge intercostal view pool, west side of the building.
FITNESS CENTER - 6th floor, Fully-equipped Fitness Center overlooking the intercostal (included in resort fee).
BEACH ACCESS - The beach service will provide 2 beach chairs and one umbrella (included in resort fee).

UPON CHECK-IN YOU WILL BE ASKED TO PAY THE FOLLOWING FEES:

-Parking Fee is $40 + tax per night
-Security Deposit is $150 per night (to be paid at the front desk during check-in using a Credit/Debit card, refundable upon check-out). The Security Deposit is mandatory for all the guests.

*Only two beach chairs and 1 umbrella included in resort fee.

- BUGS & CRITTERS: Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however if you do come across any little critters please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, keep the doors closed.
- Kindly note: the unit offers sufficient amenities for a short-term stay, and we encourage you to discover nearby supermarkets, shops, and plazas to replenish any additional items according to your preferences, taste and needs.
- Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property as well as on balconies or backyards and front yards of houses (if applicable). To maintain a smoke-free environment, we enforce a strict no-smoking policy. Any violation of this policy will result in a penalty of $500. Summary: The condo is as described. It’s clean and well maintained. The location is close to beach access. The Stay Today was responsive to all the questions I submitted on the VRBO app.The pool is nice and towels are provided.The gym is well maintained.Issues:TV in the second bedroom didn’t work. This was ok bc my teens could stream on their devices. None of the TVs were smart TVs.Elevators serve 42 floors and can have extremely long wait times. The staff use the same elevators as residents and so the cleaning carts were having to wait as well. Because of the inefficiency of the elevators people would press the up and down arrows hoping for any available elevators and then the elevators stopped at almost every floor needlessly.My husband and I reserved a massage 3 days in advance at the spa which were canceled evening before because they didn’t offer massage services.The unit comes with 2 chairs and an umbrella at the beach. This is first come first serve. We never were able to get a chair or an umbrella. When we got to the beach they were all taken and there was a line on the beach to wait for the next available. We purchased a beach mat at Walmart.There were charges billed on our credit card by the building. The first front desk staff I approached about it didn’t attempt to help just said she didn’t know. I asked Stay Today and they referred me back to the desk staff. The next staff member helped by checking the computer and confirmed it was an automated hold.
