Great 2 Bed, 1 Bath Unit, Full Kitchen, all the supplies you would need for a weekend or a month long stay. Shared space in the back yard with Picnic tables, parking in the back of the building and on the street with a pass. Television in the main room and bedroom, closets with storage, great lighting, walk to more places than I can list, drive anywhere in St. Louis in 10-15 min.
There is a single parking spot provided on the parking pad directly behind the building. Additional parking options would require parking on an adjacent street that does not require permits. In the back yard there are 2 picnic tables that are first come, first serve for all guests. This is a 4 unit building with 4 dedicated hosting spaces.
House Rules:
1. Quiet Time from 10pm to 8am 7 days a week
2. No Smoking
3. No Pets
4. Limit additional guests other than those staying and no parties
5. The day prior to the end of you stay, a hold will be put on funds from your credit card that will only be claimed if there is damage, missing items or the unit requires any kind of excessive cleaning after you stay. Please note that you are agreeing to this by booking the unit.
