Positive: Neighborhood is nice. Access to park, rec center and dog park is a plus. Decent accommodations.
Negative: Needs cosmetic repairs. Rust in the bathroom. Holes in corners of the walls near molding. Hairline cracks in walls. Washing machine needs to be cleaned. Needs touch up painting.
Summary: Overall nice place. Has a lot of potential but could be so much better.
