2020/2021 with a lot of wood renovated vacation apartment with view to the mountains for 1-2 persons in the upper part of the village of Jenaz (5 minutes walk from the train station). The house was built in 1575 and was originally a parish and school house. Extensively renovated, it now offers pleasant living comfort with many details from past times. In the warm season there is a sitting area in the garden for our guests. In winter there is space for winter equipment in heated room. Dogs are welcome. Guest parking in front of the house. Bakery/village store and a VOLG with mail service are within walking distance.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor and is accessible via stairs (no elevator). It was renovated in 2020/2021 with a lot of wood and offers high contemporary comfort: living/bedroom with double bed 160/200cm, closet made of spruce wood, sitting and writing corner, WLAN, satellite TV. Bathroom with shower/lavabo/WC. Separate, well-equipped kitchen-cum-living-room with 4-plate stove, oven, steam extractor, refrigerator dishwasher and Nespresso capsule machine. In the house is a ceramics studio with 2 workstations and a painting studio, or a workroom with several work surfaces ready for shared use. Here you can live out your creative side, whether painting, drawing, pottery, writing or making music. The total price includes bed linen, bathroom and kitchen towels, utilities such as electricity, heating, water as well as visitor's tax and final cleaning.
