You can't top the location, and the spacious living space and fully stocked kitchen make this home the perfect place for your vacation. Each of the 3 bedrooms are spacious and furnished with top of the line furniture and bedding, which enables you to go out and play hard during the day, and then come home and sleep well at night!
We know that parking is always an issue in Bear Lake, but you will have plenty of space to park vehicles here! You'll have your own private 2 car garage, with 2 designated spots in the driveway. There is also an overflow parking lot nearby to park any extra vehicles you may bring.
Located in the heart of Garden City, this home puts you in the best place to make memories with family and friends while on your vacation. The Utah Marina is only a few miles away, the public pickeball courts are across the street, there are many points of beach access within a 15 minute drive, the new grocery store is a 3 minute drive away, and you are within walking distance of almost all of the restaurants and shops.
