Baia l'aura is a real luxury for sea lovers, a heavenly corner immersed in a natural oasis with private access to the sea, Baia Porto Ulisse in the southernmost point of south-eastern Sicily. The soul of the villa merges with the sea, the sky and nature. A staircase leads to the sea door, which opens onto a large terrace paved with stone lapped by the waves. On one side there is a shaded pergola with sun loungers, which allows guests to spend enchanting days plunging into the sea and relaxing in total tranquility. Its superb view of the sea and its garden of aromatic plants and cantilevered white rocks are part of a natural oasis in continuity with the landscape closely overlooking the sea. A 200-meter walk away you can reach the Porto Ulisse Beach Club and La Riserva for breakfast, eat on the beach or have an aperitif. At dusk we will recommend the best restaurants, local wineries, shops and markets where you can appreciate all the excellence of the area. Nearby, kilometers and kilometers of pristine sandy beaches, the suggestive baroque cities of Noto, Syracuse, Scicli, Modica and Marzamemi and the nearby Longarini and Vendicari nature reserve.
INTERIORS:
The Baia L'Aura lodgings are arranged in four carefully restored fishermen's cottages. Each one has a carefree, summery feel and a relaxed atmosphere, and together they form a private waterfront village, perfect for extended families and groups of friends traveling together. The main annex, closer to the sea, houses the common areas of the property, consisting of: a bright, airy open-plan indoor and outdoor lounge with continuous transparent walls, sea views, white floors, linen curtains that float gently in the sea breeze, a well-equipped kitchen and a dining table. A door from the kitchen opens onto a comfortably furnished living area with additional fabulous sea views and access to a shaded terrace. Next to this is the first bedroom, a double bedroom with private bathroom with shower, sea view and access to the terrace. The second structure has two double bedrooms with independent access that open onto a shaded terrace divided in two. Each offers a sea view, a bathroom with a partially internal shower and a private bathroom. The third and fourth annexes both have double bedrooms that open onto shaded terraces. One has a private bathroom with a shower, the other a bathtub and a private bathroom. NB: Although there are 5 double rooms in Baia L'Aura, the maximum occupancy is 8 people (including children over 10 years old).
OUTDOOR:
Life at Baia L'Aura is largely outdoor, with numerous indoor and outdoor spaces where guests can enjoy sea views, relax, and socialize. Around the various accommodations there are lawns and hedges with a wide variety of native Sicilian plants, connected by wooden walkways, trampolines embedded in the grass and ancient terraces in local white stone and pebbles. Each room has its own whitewashed wooden terrace with shaded seating, allowing guests to stretch out and relax whenever they want. The real magic of Baia L'Aura, however, is its large oceanfront terrace overlooking the clear waters of the Mediterranean, and there are plenty of viewpoints furnished and built specifically for relaxing, dining with a sea view, and soaking in the holiday spirit. You'll love the sound of the sea and the gently crashing waves, the ozone-rich air and the shades of blue and emerald green that will accompany you at every moment of your stay. Every time you want to go for a swim, just cross the garden, open the private gate and dive into the crystal clear water of the bay of Porto Ulisse.

Bedroom 3: independent entrance and veranda, double bed (160x190 cm), Nespresso coffee machine, private bathroom and shower partially in room. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are accessible only from outside.

ACCOMMODATION IV: Bedroom 5: double bed (160x190 cm), air conditioning, TV, Nespresso coffee machine, private bathroom and bathtub in the room.

HOUSE RULES
CLEANING SERVICE: includes both final and daily cleaning (2 hours of daily cleaning excluding days of arrival on Sundays and holidays) as well as bed linen, towels and towels with weekly change. The cleaning staff will be in Baia L'Aura for 2 hours (between about 11.00 and 14.00) and will be dedicated to cleaning the kitchen rooms and outdoor spaces. If the rooms are not vacant or available by guests, they will not be cleaned. Any extra hours will be subject to a fee to be arranged. Direct payment to the cleaning staff at the end of each service.
LINEN AND TOWELS: Change of bed and bath and bedroom linen every Saturday or when new customers arrive. On request, extra changes for a fee per person for towel and beach towel set and per person for bed linen. Direct payment to the cleaning staff at the end of each service.
LAUNDRY SERVICE: We are in a Nature Reserve and water is a precious asset. Guests can ask the cleaning staff for a free daily wash. The garments will not be ironed. Any extra washing is payable directly to the cleaning staff at the end of each service.
SMOKING is only possible outside using the appropriate ashtrays. It is not allowed to light candles, firecrackers etc. outside and inside the house or to throw cigarette butts in the garden due to the risk of fire. ACCESS TO TECHNICAL ROOMS: Access to technical rooms is not possible for security reasons.
DIFFERENTIATED GARBAGE: According to municipal regulations, garbage must be differentiated into 5 different containers. The standard containers in the house are: - Plastic and Metals - - Paper and Cardboard - - Tumbler - - Wet/Organic/Food - Unsorted dry - and are located under the kitchen sink. The cleaning service is responsible for delivering the waste to the appropriate municipal collection centers.
ELECTRIC CURTAINS KITCHEN AREA Guests will be equipped with a remote control to open the electric curtains in the living room kitchen in the morning. Please take the utmost care when opening, they are very delicate. During the warm season, the tents will be closed, always by the manager, in the evening around 19.00 - 21.00, for safety and to avoid the entry of mosquitoes or unwanted animals at dusk.
KITCHEN AND CHEF: The kitchen is equipped with oven, dishwasher, induction stove and freezer/fridge, Nespresso coffee machine (10 pods provided upon arrival). On the evening of arrival there will be a welcome dinner prepared by the chef (fixed Sicilian menu, please confirm any intolerances or allergies the day before your arrival). For extra dinners, the chef is available upon request and subject to availability. The service may vary depending on the menu chosen, which we will send you, + reimbursement of food expenses purchased upon presentation of a receipt.
