Positive: Great Location for value. It was a short walk to the beach and to restaurants and shopping. A very private entrance and parking. The home had a very comfortable bed which made for a great restful getaway weekend!
Negative: We were not prepared to find out that the house did not offer beach towels. The location is a little noisy after hours with the windows open (no air conditioning) which makes hard for the kids to sleep on time.
Summary: We had a great time at Avila Beach and enjoyed our stay!
