Bright and airy throughout, the décor of this special 6-bedroom, 5-bath home is "Scandinavian minimalist", and is enhanced with happy hearts throughout all four floors. This 1905 home retains its old-world charm with refinished original oak floors and fixtures on its main floor, carefully blended with the recent remodel which added improvements for modern life. These improvements include a new front porch with push-button retractable screens, radiant floor heating in the master bath, hypoallergenic indoor air, 200-amp service, and 3 outlets for EV's (including one Tesla stoop outdoor outlet). The washer and dryer are centrally located on the second floor.
The bedrooms are all distinctive and lovely.
