Neighborhood private beach accessible by stairs and tram, but please note that water levels and beach conditions change frequently. Some days there is not much beach while others there is quite a bit of beach. Some days you will find a large number of rocks while sometimes there is more sand than rocks. Depending on water levels or conditions, the stairs or tram to the beach may not be operational. With that said, the beautiful views will be available every day!
