Casa da Suite Optima is a large apartment that can accommodate up to six people in maximum comfort. This house is part of an elegant setting, in a building equipped with a double lift and concierge. The apartment is on the fifth floor, recently completely renovated and furnished with a modern and essential style. Entering the house you are welcomed by an atrium that connects to the corridor. On the right side is the living room, with smart TV and double sofa bed, followed by the dining room, which overlooks the terrace. On the left side there is the eat-in kitchen, equipped with dishwasher, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave and gas hob, and then the bathroom with window (with shower, washing machine and bidet). At the end of the corridor there are two bedrooms, one double and one twin (double if required). Both are large, bright, with smart TV and large wardrobe.

To ensure that you respect the rules of the house is required a deposit of €200 which will be returned within 7 days from the check-out after checking the apartment.
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 3pm to 10pm) and check-out (from 7.30 am to 10am). An extra payment for late check-in upon request is required: euro 20 (from 10pm to 12am); euro 30 (from 12am to 01am); euro 45 (from 01am to 02am).
- No one other than registered guests may enter the apartment, not even for a short period of time.
- It is forbidden to smoke and organize parties.
- The apartment is located in a condominium and it is forbidden to make noises that could disturb the neighbors between 10pm and 8am.
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
