Positive: The location is great, multi-cultural (2nd and 19 arr.) and with amazing restaurants, PNY Burger is just around the corner. One of my favorite boulangeries (Alexine) is across the street. Metro and plenty of parking at your doorstep. A big hit for couples with kids is the mezzanine double-bed, which was a hit for my 5-year-old niece, she did not want to go out to stay at her cabana :) I consider the location super safe for solo female travelers :)
Negative: The flat is highly in need of a TLC session, and cooking utensils are not useful for an easy breakfast, a bit frustrated I was not able to cook my galette bretonne at home. A dishwasher would be a better fit than a clothes machine washer, given the limited Kitchen working area, and the stair that levels the kitchen area, needs to be removed, for a safer environment, especially when traveling with elderly people.
Summary: A nice Parisian experience.
