Walking into 2518 Villamare is immediately relaxing as the decor is beach inspired so you will truly enjoy your vacation. Villamare villas are set up so that you enter the open living area, and the bedrooms are on either side, so everyone can enjoy their privacy. Updated recently with granite counter tops this oceanside villa also has a balcony with a landscape view and the sounds of the rolling waves, perfect for coffee or cocktail.
The master bedroom has a King and flat screen TV as well as a more private bath area with a large shower as well as a Tub/Shower combination. On the other side of the villa is the guest room with 2 Queens, flat screen TV as well as an Updated Private Tub/Shower Combination
Villamare features a heated (3/15 - 5/1 & 10/15 - 12/1**) Oceanfront Pool, Hot Tub & Kiddie Pool. There is also an Indoor Heated Pool (the only complex in PD to offer this feature), Hot Tub and Complete Fitness Center (16 and older) which is open every day 7:30am-5pm (unless otherwise posted on door). There is also an updated grilling area (near the pool) with 4 new propane grills for your use.
Golf, tennis, bike paths, fishing, boating, and restaurants are all within a short stroll from this nicely appointed villa. Palmetto Dunes features three world class golf courses designed by Robert Trent Jones, George Fazio, and Arthur Hills. The tennis and pickleball facilities are ranked as one of the best in the world. Another perk is the Dunes Buggy that operates from April - September that includes rides over to Shelter Cove where there are more restaurants, shopping, and activities to explore.
NEW POOLS COMING!!! Villamare is Expanding!
Villamare Villas will become the Island’s ONLY oceanfront complex with 3 pools! Starting Sept 15, 2023, construction will start on a new oceanfront Adults Only pool that will be located to the left of the main pool and in front of the existing grill area. This is wonderful news for the visitors of Villamare Villas! While doing this work, they also decided to go ahead and totally remodel the existing oceanfront pool as well! Guest will still have access to the indoor pool and fitness center. Construction on the existing pool will begin on October 15th, 2023. Both projects are slated (and guaranteed by the construction firm) to be completed by April 30, 2024. Please note this will be a working construction site during the 8-month project. We have reduced our rates for this time.
