Positive: This place is located in excellent location, walking distance to the most famous London museums and Harrods, the mansion is the same as shown in the photos and the size is great: genuinely massive. Marble was friendly and very helpful. We asked and received local recommendations and the instructions were very clear. The app city-mapper that was given to us in the instructions made it easy to get around London using the Tube. Overall, this place was better for us party of 5 to stay here than in a hotel for sure.
