This inviting 2,400+ SF vacation home has 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, a heated infinity-edge pool, and spa, and is in the desirable SW Cape Coral. As soon as you enter the home, the open floor plan gives you plenty of room. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen features attractive wooden cabinets, granite countertops, modern appliances, and a breakfast bar. Next, there is a formal dining area for 6 guests. The large living room area with crown molding, multi-tray ceilings, and Fan-Imation ceiling fans offers a cozy couch, two chairs. There is a flat-screen TV, and a 3D HD DVR player, and a stereo surround sound system available; what a great place for family gatherings. From here, you have a great view of the lanai and pool/spa through the wide glass sliding door. The master suite has access to the lanai through large glass sliding doors and features a King-size bed, a roomy walk-in closet, an elegant master bath with tub, large shower, and double sink cabinets. The other two guest bedrooms have a Queen in one and two Twins in the other room. One of the guest bedrooms also has direct access to the lanai. They each have their own bathroom. There is an office with a desk and also offers a twin over full bunk bed. A boat dock provides ample space for waterfront relaxation such as sunbathing or fishing. The variety of fish in this Gulf access canal is almost the same as in the open waters. Since the house has access to the Gulf of Mexico's warm waters, you should not miss renting a motorboat for a few days. Of course, you will receive a briefing by one of our licensed captains. Just sail out into the Gulf and watch dolphins and manatees or explore the islands and secluded coves.
