4 Bedroom House in Falmouth Heights

Located at the top of historic Falmouth Heights, this charming 1920’s beach house is just one block from Falmouth Heights Beach and cool ocean breezes. It is an ideal location for families as it is in a quiet safe neighborhood; a 5-minute walk from the Island Queen Ferry to Martha's Vineyard, walking distance to 4 restaurants, two overlooking Nantucket Sound; and Falmouth Inner Harbor offering fishing, boating, sailing, and additional restaurants. Boutique shopping, fine and eclectic dining, bakery, day spas, and the beautiful Falmouth Green all within one mile. Shopping in Downtown Falmouth also includes grocery stores, sporting goods, clothing and gifts shops. New to the neighborhood this year is The Black Dog Heights Cafe, just a 2-minute walk from the house. Beautifully restored to its original charm, with gleaming wide pine floors and yellow pine matchboard walls. The first floor has a full bathroom, kitchen, separate dining room with table and chairs for six, and a living room which leads to the front porch, where there are chairs and a table for eating, reading or just relaxing. The back porch has a picnic table and is convenient to the gas grill and large yard. The enclosed outside shower is nestled amongst forsythia bushes just steps from the house. On the second floor are 4 bedrooms; 2 with Queen beds and 2 with 2 twin beds each, and a half bath. In 2016 we put in a new stove, new couch and living room chair, and new Queen size bed. New in 2017 new Queen size bed, ceiling fans in all 4 bedrooms and K-Cup coffee maker. 2018 new Smart TV and living room rug, this year new dining room table and pictures/paintings.
