This newly renovated, beautiful 2 bedroom/2.0 bathroom single family home is nestled in one of the quietest and safest neighborhoods in Columbus. Just steps from High St. and copious food, drink and shopping options.
Carefully curated with all of the comforts of home in mind, your group will love the spacious layout and thoughtful design. The master bedroom is complete with mood lighting around the bed frame, and a daybed for your kids to sleep on. Fully fenced in yard
The space has two bedrooms upstairs, and the master has a twin size daybed that is perfect for a young one to crash on. Downstairs beyond the dining room is another twin sized daybed. The spacious kitchen is packed with vintage appliances and really has a lot of character. The dining but has an old rotary telephone that really takes you back, it came with the house. The home also brings in beautiful natural light! We hope you will enjoy your time in our home :).
You are free to park out front to gain access into the home. There’s a keypad on the front door. Inside on the kitchen counter is a garage door opener. If you drive towards high Street and turn right in the alley, you will turn right in the next adjacent alley and you will see the garage on your right.
There is some construction on the street at the moment, so it does limit some of the parking out front.
I am available through text messaging or calling, or by the app! Calling me is the fastest way to get a hold of me and I try to keep my phone on most times of the day and night ! :)
High Street is home to many restaurants, bars, vintage shops, food trucks, pet stores, grocery/liquor stores, salons … you name it! You are just a two minute walk from myriad options that Clintonville has to offer. Without a doubt one of my favorite neighborhoods in town.
There is free parking on the street! There is some construction that limits the street for the moment, but you can access the home from High Street!
