24 Bradley Circle is a breathtaking new construction property in the Singleton Beach area of Hilton Head Island. This large Hilton Head vacation home spans a total of 7,200 sq. ft. and comes complete with four covered balconies, an infinity pool, and unparalleled ocean views. Additionally, with ten bedrooms and ten and a half bathrooms, this home sleeps a total of 24 guests, making it ideal for any kind of group vacation. Whether you're planning a family vacation, wedding, or corporate retreat, 24 Bradley Circle will fit your needs. For additional space, the neighboring vacation homes, 20, 22, 30 and 32 Bradley Circle can also be rented out and they are just as spectacular and upscale.
As you enter this luxury vacation home you first notice the bright open concept complete with a kitchen, living space, and a formal dining area. The exposed ceiling beams, shiplap, tile floors, and luxury furnishings all make this home stand out. Furthermore, this home features a gorgeous gourmet kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances, an Elise 5-burner gas stove, wine fridge, and an ice maker. The large granite topped island provides seating for 8 and for additional seating there is a beautiful wooden dining room table that seats 12. The living room has 2 sofas and 2 accent chairs to sit and relax watching movies on the 74” mounted TV above the fireplace. There is also a small round table with 2 chairs to sit café style and enjoy your cup of coffee or glass of wine.
Outside the glass patio doors, you will find the luxurious infinity edge pool, a covered balcony, 4 wicker swivel chairs, 2 lounge chairs and the Weber gas grill. This outdoor living area is where you can enjoy the beautiful weather and ocean views while taking a dip or enjoying a nice cool drink.
Behind the living room is an office room complete with desk and bookshelves. Across the hall is the ½ bathroom. The majority of the bedrooms are on the upper levels, however, the first bedroom can be found on the first floor. This room has a king bed, 42” TV and a bench seat at the foot of the bed. The en-suite bath has double vanities and a walk-in shower.
As you continue to the second floor, you’ll find the next four bedrooms. To the right of the stairs is a king size bedroom with bench seat, an accent chair and a TV. The en-suite bath has two separate vanities, soaker tub and a walk-in shower. The other bedroom on this side of the house also has a king bed, bench seat, accent chair and TV. The en-suite has a double vanity and walk-in shower. The two bedrooms at the front of the home share access to a covered balcony that overlooks the pool and has magnificent ocean views. Also on this side of the house is the first of two laundry rooms. This laundry room has a sink and full size Samsung front loading washer and dryer.
To the left of the stairs are the other two bedrooms. First one has a king bed, bench seat and TV with an en-suite bathroom that has a double vanity and walk-in shower. The other room has a queen bed and a set of twin bunk beds, bench seat and TV. The en-suite has a single vanity and a tub/shower combo.
Additionally, the third floor has four more bedrooms. Three of the third-floor bedrooms have private covered balcony access with ocean views. There is also another laundry room with sink and front loading washer and dryer. The bedroom layout is identical to the second floor; three of the rooms have a king size bed and the fourth bedroom has the queen bed and twin bunk beds. Each room has their own private bath.
Finally, you'll find the tenth bedroom on the fourth floor. This is another king bed with en-suite bath that has a double vanity and walk-in shower. There is also a ½ bath on this floor. The fourth floor also provides a large entertainment space for guests. The living area has a sofa and 4 chairs, a 74” HD-TV mounted above the fireplace, a huge in-home bar to include a stainless steel refrigerator/freezer combo and beverage center. The granite top island seats 9 and has the sink, dishwasher and wine fridge. There is a dark wooden table that seats 6 and a pool table. Outside is another covered balcony with 4 wicker swivel chairs and a small table. This space offers beautiful ocean views.
All in all, 24 Bradley Circle is truly the ideal home to rent for a large group vacation. The sleeping accommodations, ocean views, and entertainment space make this home a great option for a variety of events. Additionally, between the garage and driveway, there is parking for up to six vehicles.
