Private heated swimming pool, kitchen/living/dining area to seat 8, full bi folding doors opening onto the terrace and swimming pool (option to heat) and 2 BBQs, one coal fired, one gas fired Broil King and seating for 8 people. The villa encompasses a huge media/entertainment room with 90" TV and Samsung Dolby surround sound. There's a rooftop solarium with sun awning and seating for 12, a coal BBQ and kitchen, perfect for those balmy Murcia evenings overlooking the lake. Fully air conditioned throughout, private parking for 3 cars at the rear.
