Seven miles of white sugar sand beach are waiting for you at the end of Delmar at the deeded beach access right across Estero Blvd. A short 3-4 minute walk will have your toes running through the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Be close to all the action of Times Square here. Take pleasure in a day trip on the Key West Ferry. A water dispenser is located inside the refrigerator. There is a double stainless steel sink with a disposal. A large quartz-top island has cabinets and drawers on the kitchen side with six padded bar stools on the dining and living area side. Everything is available to prepare full-course meals if so desired. The laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer is just behind the kitchen. The adjacent dining area has a table seating six, which flows nicely into the living area with a sleeper sofa with end tables and lamps, a matching loveseat, and a coffee table on an area rug.
