This is a brand new holiday house Villa Alara has 4 bedrooms and a heated pool. It is located on the western side (Šotovento area) of the island of Krk at the end of the small and peaceful village of Milohnići. It offers a great opportunity to relax and enjoy your vacation.
Outside there is a beautiful heated pool, a place to sunbathe and relax on sun loungers. Resting on a deck chair in the shade of a beautiful Mediterranean garden with an outdoor fireplace will surely relax you and make you forget about everyday stress. For all culinary lovers there is an outdoor kitchen with a gas grill and a herb garden, so you can prepare a variety of Mediterranean dishes.
Entering the interior you are greeted by a pleasant and bright living room connected to the kitchen and dining room with a dining table for 8 people and equipped with all the necessary appliances. In the living room you can relax on the comfortable sofa and watch TV on the smart flat screen TV or simply enjoy by the fireplace. The kitchen on the ground floor is fully equipped (dishwasher, coffee maker, ice maker, universal slicer, kettle, toaster, electric mixer...). On the ground floor there is also a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and access to the terrace. An infrared sauna is available for wellness relaxation.
On the first floor there are three spacious bedrooms with their own bathrooms. Two bedrooms are furnished with a double bed (180X200 cm), desk, wardrobe and air conditioning. The third bedroom has two single beds. The bathroom has a flat floor shower, toilet, sink, hairdryer and towels.
On the first floor there is an additional living room with a comfortable sofa, a desk, a small kitchenette and a dining table. It gives access to a covered balcony overlooking the beautiful countryside.
All bed linen and towels are available to all our guests. Villa Alara is fully air-conditioned and has a WiFi connection. The villa also has central heating and a fireplace, making it also suitable for a holiday in the colder months. There is also a washing machine and a dryer. Free private parking with a charging station for electric vehicles is available on site. The villa is completely fenced.
The center of Krk and beautiful beaches are within easy reach. If you want to visit one of the nearby islands, Valbiska Ferry Port is only 7 km away. The island of Krk is very well connected to both the mainland and the islands, so you will definitely enjoy exploring it. You can enjoy various activities such as scuba diving, kayaking and snorkeling, wine tours and more.
