50% due upon reservation, the balance upon arrival with key delivery. We accept cash, bank or PayPal wire transfer.
Cancellation before 60 days from the date of arrival is subject to a refund of 75%.
Cancellation between 30 and 60 days from the arrival date is granted a refund of 50%
Cancellation within 30 days of arrival does not entitle any refund.

Casa Giada was founded in earlyWhen our family began revitalizing this abandoned countryside, there was a small farmhouse with two rooms and some animal stalls. The lands were in ruins, the fields were covered only by weeds, and the majestic olives were languishing. Since then it has become our daily work, and with much love and passion we have given life to this land with hard work using only organic and natural methods and products. Today, our countryside thrives with hundreds of varieties of trees, plants and a wide variety of flora. We do not use any herbicide or pesticide, we are definitely against the use of any phytochemical in our property. Among the many trees are mainly ancient, old and young olive trees, along with varieties of citrus fruits, oranges, mandarins, limes and lemons, also persimmons, apples, pears, figs, grape, figs, carobs, nuts, almonds, avocados and ornamental plants among palms, eucalyptus, beeches, cypresses, and so many others.
We have built our property with protective and ecological sensitivities and every day we strive to maintain a constant commitment to respect these principles. We personally supervised the reconstruction of the new 3-bedroom home using materials of low environmental impact, and recycled all the materials of the old previous buildings. We have installed a photovoltaic and solar panel roof system, and we used energy-efficient materials in the foundation and in the internal and external walls.
The Salento offers to travelers a wide range of attractions including various western and eastern coastal lines with enchanting landscapes, sandy and rocky beaches with pristine sea and plenty of nightlife with concerts and folk festivals. Also, important archaeological sites and places of great historic interest of prehistoric and ancient origin, from the Bronze age to the Messapian civilization and then to Magna-graecia to the Roman Empire.
Casa Giada B&b is ideal for anyone looking for a very quiet retreat near the most important places of the Salento, including the beaches and the historic downtown of Gallipoli, Otranto, Leica, and Lecce.

Italian hospitality at its best!
I was very honored to have been the first guest of this B&b which I now consider one of the best I've ever stayed in. At an incredibly calm location, Casa Giada offers access to some of the most beautiful beaches of Salento within 5-10 minutes. The house, surrounded by a garden of olive and fruit trees, is newly-renovated and decorated in very fine taste. The owner Roberto is very kind and suggested multiple ideas of things to do and places to go. The excellent and generous breakfast had typical foods from the region. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend!

Pulizia, accoglienza, giardino rigoglioso. Colazione ricca e varia in una sala luminosa che affaccia sul giardino, il proprietario e' una persona estremamente affabile e alla fine del soggiorno in regalo profuma cassetti con lavanda e fichi secchi seccati al sole. Casa Giada B&b is an oasis of peace immersed in the countryside of Salento, south Apulia, Italy.
We are only 3 km from the Gallipoli beaches included Baia Verde and Costa Brada, and 5 km from the town of Gallipoli.
Il check-in è possibilmente tra le ore 13,00 e le ore 23,00, gli ospiti sono dovuti a contattarci per telefono o via sms e conferma da parte del gestore con sms entro le 24 ore dall'arrivo.
Al momento dell'arrivo, ogni ospite deve consegnare un documento d'identità valido per le registrazioni previste dalla normativa vigente. l saldo, deve essere regolarizzato in contanti all'arrivo, a norma di legge. I B&b, non essendo delle attività commerciali, non sono tenuti a rilasciare alcun documento fiscale. Per comprovare il vostro pagamento, vi sarà rilasciata una ricevuta non fiscale attestante l'importo e i dati del vostro soggiorno. Si precisa, che in caso di partenze anticipate, non sono previsti rimborsi.
Le chiavi delle stanze saranno consegnate al momento dell'arrivo e rilasciate al gestore al momento della partenza. In caso di smarrimento, è prevista una penale di € 10,00, che verrà interamente addebitata all'ospite.
Non è consentito portare altre persone all'interno della nostra struttura, che non siano quelle regolarmente registrate.
Saranno gentilmente allontanati dalla nostra proprietà quanti si saranno resi indesiderati o avranno violato in qualsiasi modo il presente regolamento.
Qualunque tipo di danno che viene fatto alla struttura sia nell'interno che all'esterno sarà addebitato a colui che lo ha causato. L'intera struttura sia nell'interno che all'esterno è video sorvegliata 24h., eccetto le camere da letto.
Non è consentito l'utilizzo della cucina, compreso forno a gas, lavastoviglie, e microonde. È consentito l'uso temporaneo del frigorifero per conservare soltanto piccole-medie porzioni di cibi e bevande.
È consentito il consumo gratuito di acqua potabile derivante dal rubinetto più piccolo situato sul lavello della cucina.
Se gli ospiti desiderano preparare o cucinare possono utilizzare gratuitamente il barbecue e forno a legna situato in giardino.
I bambini devono essere sempre accompagnati e sorvegliati da un genitore o una persona adulta, in maniera particolare all'esterno della casa.
Non accettiamo responsabilità penale in caso di un infortunio dentro o fuori della casa, si consiglia nel visitare i giardini di usare percorsi già esistenti. Fare attenzione a serpenti e altri pericoli causati dai visitatori della natura come vespe, api, e calabroni.
In caso di infortunio o malori comuni, nella toilette pubblica si trova un armadietto di pronto soccorso dove potere liberamente usare i medicamenti che contiene.
Non sono ammessi animali nella nostra proprietà salvo consenso del gestore.
In caso qualcuno degli ospiti venisse importunato dal nostro cane (nemo) o da uno dei nostri gatti fatecelo sapere e provvederemo al problema.
Per l'entrata e l'uscita dalla struttura non ci sono orari da rispettare. Entrata e uscita del cancello e porta principale verrà gestito individualmente digitando un codice sull'apparecchio elettronico situato sul muro accanto alle entrate per avere piena libertà di spostamento.
È vietato fumare all'interno della casa. È possibile fumare all'esterno e negli spazi comuni sempre se gli altri ospiti lo permettono.
Consegnandovi le chiavi vi affidiamo la nostra casa, abbiate cura di chiudere porte, finestre, climatizzatori, e luci quando uscite.
La chiave della camera sarà mantenuta dall'ospite stesso e consegnata al momento della partenza. In caso di smarrimento, gli sarà addebitato il costo.
Eventuali danni apportati a tutto ciò che si trova nell'interno e all'esterno della struttura da parte degli ospiti, una volta accertata la responsabilità, devono essere risarciti dal responsabile.
Nel retro del vano cucina so trova un lavello per lavare a mano gli indumenti personali.
Nel retro della scala per il tetto, sono situati dei stenditoi ad uso esclusivo degli ospiti.
