Positive: Great position. Lovely lounges, outdoor areas.
Negative: Single bed mattresses need updating not very comfortable. An inside blind on the kitchen windows would be useful for afternoon while sun going down rather than shutter. Spiders in bedroom bathroom and lots of insects on stove top all the time. Covers over outside chairs would save dust and dirt.
