As you make your way through the rest of the house, you’ll find that each room just gets better and better!
If you’re looking to host a large party or celebrate a milestone event such as a wedding, anniversary, or birthday, we also have a nearby standalone party venue available for rent separately. With enough space to host 80 guests and plenty of parking for 25 vehicles, it’s a stunning location with picture-perfect backdrops to capture your special occasion - a grand staircase, sparkling chandeliers, waterfront boardwalks, and a forest! Lastly, we must stress that we do NOT allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort at our property. We are adamant about only welcoming families and groups who are looking to relax and enjoy the beautiful stunning backyard and the amenities the home has to offer.
Please note our occupancy is 16 guests but, by the City of Garland code, the property may not be occupied by more than three persons who are unrelated by blood, adoption or marriage, with exception of children related to an occupant.

We kindly request that guests from the event space do not access the main area of the property, ensuring your privacy is maintained at all times.
In order to prioritize a peaceful environment, events held in the venue space are scheduled to conclude by 11pm. Additionally, noise restrictions are in effect from 10pm onwards to ensure a serene atmosphere for all our guests. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these guidelines.
