You can enjoy a breathtaking 180 degree view of the town of Makarska, the islands of Hvar and Brac, and Split. Behind the villa is the Biokovo mountain range, which rises to an altitude of 1762 metres.

The total living space of the villa is 218 square metres. On the ground floor you will find a spacious living room with an open-plan kitchen and a dining table for up to 8 people. There is also a small WC with washing machine and dryer on the ground floor. From the living room or the kitchen, you can easily access the covered terrace, which also has an impressive dining table. On the 1st floor there are 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a wonderful sun terrace. On the 2nd floor/attic floor is the 4th bedroom with bathroom and private balcony.
