2 Bedroom Condo in Salinas

Located in the luxurious Edificio of the tallest and most upscale in Salinas; this condo is on the 20th floor and has curved windows in the living area affording views of the beach in front of the building as well as the costa brava some blocks behind and some views of the front beach/malecon area. This condo has been described as one of the most beautifull in the building. High ceilings, huge windows, happy space even when it is cloudy out. Two bedrooms - one queen and one king, both with full baths. Cooks kitchen, dining room table and chairs, separate laundry room with full sized washer and dryer. Satelite TV and internet in the condo. Building amenities include pool, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, exercise area, and parking. Strict rules in the building and by us about no outside family or guests and no children. 4 adults maximum and no smokers even if they smoke outside. The rate includes cleaning prior to arrival and after departure but tenants are expected to leave the condo in clean condition. Sheets and towels can be left to wash. All utilities are included.

Summary: My wife and I stayed in David's condo for 5 days during Christmas week. We were very pleased with all aspects of the rental. The condo looked even nicer in person than in the photos. It is very tastefully furnished, fully equipped and stocked with all of the basics and much more. It is spacious and had a fantastic view of the city & the water. The building is well located right on the Malecón, which is the street that runs along the beach and is near restaurants and shops. There was always someone on duty at the desk on the lobby floor and the building has a good security system with key fobs that only allow you to go to your floor. The building is very well maintained and was quiet even though we were there in high season. David was easy to deal with and very available via email or phone to answer any questions we had in preparation for our visit. All in all, we were very happy with our choice & will definitely book the unit again when we visit Salinas in the future
