4 Bedroom Condo in Arcadian Shores, Myrtle Beach

207 Margate is a massive 2,509 sq foot 4 bedroom ocean front corner condo with 9 foot ceilings. It has sweeping ocean views from the 17' by 28' living room and dinning room. The balcony is 352 square feet and wraps around the NE corner of the Margate Tower. The four bedrooms consist of a master bedroom with king size bed and stunning ocean views and access to a private renovated bath with garden tub, new separate walk in shower and double vanity. Bed 2 also has direct ocean front views, balcony access and a large renovated private bath with double vanity. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed, it's own ocean view balcony and shared bath. The 4th large bed room offers a queen bed with comfortable lounge chair for escaping or just relaxing and reading a good book. Spectrum high speed internet allows connections. You will be pampered in this spacious condo with walk in laundry room and high end gourmet kitchen with 4 bar stools. Serve dinner for 8 on the large formal dinning table. This over sized ocean front condo is the perfect spot for a family vacation. Many upgrades have just been completed in 2022.
The bi-level pools in the exquisite gardens have a waterfall and hot tubs directly below. One pool is heated as is hot tub. This is private to Margate guest only. We have 24 hour front desk security
Private parking attached to condo, which have it's own elevators.
Once you are on the resort you will have
access to restaurants and bars in the Embassy suite hotels. Upon entering the guard gates you will not have to leave unless you want to. Margate is in the restaurant row section of Myrtle Beach near the Tanger outlet malls, as well as choice restaurants, bars and dinner shows. The activities and conveniences are endless.
