This waterfront home offers elegant downstairs living lavished with opulent features. Over 100' of water frontage with wide water views. There is plenty of room for watercraft while still enjoying the tranquil water view. Enjoy the epicurean kitchen with top of the line appliances, quartz slab counters and white oak wood flooring, The upper level offers four well appointed bedrooms with en-suites, the master en-suite includes a lovely deck to enjoy and floor to ceiling windows to take in the sweeping water and mountain views. On the first floor terrace you will find an expansive deck offering a path to the waterside deck and spacious dock for multiple boats. The upper level is adorned with a small private deck to the right of the home and a large deck overlooking the waterfront. A private hot tub is available to soak under the stars. Due to South Lake Tahoe regulation a 30 day minimum stay is required.
Boat Dock will not be available until After July 15, 2022 due to Water Treatment in the Tahoe Keys Neighborhood. No Boating allowed during this time.
