Quiet complex boasts three pools (2 heated), two hot tubs, fitness centre, tennis court (pickle ball), Gas Fire Pit, clubhouse with pool table and rec area. Well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops allows for easy preparation of meals. Unit comes complete with high speed Internet, Sling TV and 3 smart TVs (55",42" and 32"), along with telephone with unlimited calling to the US and Canada. Condo offers a Keurig K Cup Coffee Maker to make your Arizona mornings that much better.
The master bedroom offers a Sealy king-size bed, premium 500 thread count sheets and renovated primary bathroom with walk-in shower.
