Beautiful beach house located in desirable Surfside Beach, South Carolina. This house is within 100 feet of the white sands of the great Atlantic Ocean. Surfside Beach is known as the 'Family Beach' and offers many attractions for all ages. However, if action is what you're after, then action-packed Myrtle Beach is just minutes away.
Junebug's Retreat was completed in May of 2006 and replaced our old family beach house, 'The Fourth Estate', which sat on the same land dating back to '63. Over the years, this home has provided fun and fellowship for our family, and our desire is that it will do the same for yours!
The house boasts 5BR and 5.5BA on two levels. The first floor contains a master bedroom with en suite whirlpool bath, half bath in the hallway, washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room with 60" Smart TV. The ground level elevator reaches the first floor for guests with mobility challenges . All floors on the first floor are hardwood except for the tiled bathrooms. Four bedrooms are located on the second level, three have en suite bathrooms and the fourth bedroom utilizes a full hallway bath. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and smart tvs. A second level porch can be accessed by two bedrooms on the front of the house.
Parking underneath the house will accommodate 3 vehicles with room for 4 more in the driveway. A charcoal grill is provided in a grilling area on the side of the house and there are tables/chairs for outdoor eating. The backyard/pool area is pavered stone with chaise loungers and chairs.
