Located at 4 Great Heron Court, this charming two-story home has room for the whole family and features its very own private, pool and hot tub. You will find 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths in this Classic Low Country style home.
The floor plan features a large open concept with living, dining and kitchen area with ample seating. The designer kitchen is a cook's delight with all the amenities needed to create and serve your family and/or guests. Off the expansive living area you can open the French doors to enjoy the screened porch and deck areas as well as the wonderful outdoors.
The first floor master bedroom features a king bed and en suite with a large walk-in shower. A powder room, laundry room and large foyer complete this space.
Upstairs you will find 4 additional bedrooms. The second floor master, offers a king bed, large walk in closet, double vanities and large walk in shower. Upstairs you will also find a queen bedroom with its own private bath and a terrific king bedroom that will share a Jack and Jill bath with an extra large bedroom consisting of 1 queen bed and 2 xl twin beds. Perfect for your large family or group.
The ground level has a garage, private pool with hot tub, bar area, outdoor tv and ping pong table. This amazing home offers its guests everything imaginable for your next vacation or getaway.

On your way take the scenic route through romantic Sullivans Island and stop for some of the locals favorite dining options- then meander through the “Old Village” and enjoy the architecture of Mount Pleasants hidden gem.
Our local property management staff will be available to you in the case of an emergency during your stay. They are friendly and knowledgeable to the area in case you need assistance with amenities, planning and logistics prior to arrival. Housekeeping during your stay is not included, but a mid-stay clean may be scheduled at time of booking. Guests do not have access to resort pools, fitness center or tennis courts.
