Welcome to the Beach Club, Alabama’s premier family resort. This sprawling 86-acre gated private resort has five hundred yards of private white sandy beach along the Gulf of Mexico. The Beach Club is surrounded by hundreds of acres of undisturbed wildlife refuge--all of which you can view from our wrap-around balconies. The resort has two full-service restaurants, several food trucks (open during the summer), a spa, tennis courts, shopping, an ice cream parlor, and 4 pools accessible to all guests. Avalon 1801 is the crown jewel of the Beach Club. This 4 BR, 4 BA, 2300 square foot corner unit is one of only 20 condos in the entire resort that offers balcony views to the north, south, and east. The master bedroom has views to the west, south, and east. In January 2020, we completed our $200,000 remodel and refurbishment of this stunning unit which comfortably sleeps 10 guests. This condo has a fully refurbished kitchen and living room, new bathrooms, new mattresses and bedding, new TV's WIFI, and everything you would expect for a dream vacation. Club Access Amenities (Additional FEE Applies): For an additional fee of approximately $50 a day (or a discounted rate of approximately $250 for a full week), guests may purchase access to the fitness center and the club pool. Because there are 4 other pools available to guests for free, many of our guests elect not to use the club access amenities, or to do so for only a day or two during their stay. The optional Club Access fee is a per condo, per day fee that can be paid directly to the onsite Homeowner’s Association.
