Summary: The positives: The price. Very new and clean environment. Easy access. Free parking. The negatives: Very noisy. There are 6 rooms in the house and I can't speak for the others but ours was extremely noisy. From the "talking" keypad on the bedroom door, hearing conversations upstairs, hearing people walking up and down the stairs, and a very loud noise of rushing water through pipes every time the upstairs faucet was turned on I was awakened several times in the middle of the night. Bring earplugs! Be aware the bathrooms are shared. This wasn't a problem for us but it can easily be missed. At the top of the property details it says "full bath". It isn't until you read further down under "other things to note" that you find out the bathroom is shared. Kind of deceptive if you ask me. That is part of why the property is well priced but it should be noted more prominently.
