The condo is close to everything you need for a great getaway - a wide-variety of area attractions including golf courses, nightlife, restaurants, spas, and shopping!
AMENITIES: Inside, the condo has an open floor-plan in the living areas from the Kitchen to the Living Room. Our guests appreciate the well-equipped kitchen, the newer cabinetry & appliances, and the granite counters. The Living Room features a Large Flat Panel TV with HD Spectrum Service above the easy to use Electric Fireplace. It may be electric, but it puts off great ambiance and significant heat without all the hassle of propane or wood-burning. High-speed internet service with wi-fi is provided to for your use with no additional charge. This is dedicated service to the unit, not a shared complex-wide service like you'd find at a resort!
ACCOMMODATIONS: The Master Suite features a comfortable King bed, direct access to the seating area on the screened-deck overlooking the lake, a flat screen cable TV, and a spacious bath with double vanities and a walk-in shower. There is also a closet in the master bath area and a ceiling fan in the bedroom.
The second and third bedrooms include comfortable Queen sized beds with built-in drawer space below. Both rooms include ceiling fans and ample closet space. The shared full bath is just outside of these rooms and it too features a nice sized double-vanity along with a tub / shower combination. Finally, a quality Queen-Sized Air Mattress with pump is offered for your use in the main living area... Altogether, the condo can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests!
OUTDOOR LIVING: Outside, on the deck, you'll find the perfect vantage point for enjoying the calm-water cove and watching the passing boats as they come and go from the neighboring docks. Sit back and relax as you sip on your morning coffee or enjoy the sunset with a ice-cold drink in the deeply cushioned conversation seating. One of our favorite features of this end-unit that opens up the view are the fully-glassed lower railing panels that don't obstruct any of the view!
BOATERS: Our optional 12x36' Boat Slip is super convenient in the Dock right behind the building and available for an additional fee. Our guests launch boats and park trailers about 7 miles away by water at the State Park in Osage Beach - Marina Grand Glaize. It is a huge, purpose-built facility for the Lake area's commuting boaters and the Missouri State Highway Patrol's Water Division operating out of the Marina sure seems to maintain a secure environment for travelers equipment while on-site.
SO MUCH TO DO: Our guests enjoy what seems to be an unlimited list of things to do from taking a Helicopter Tour to playing a round of Golf at one of the many fantastic courses the Lake area is known for! There's so much for the kids to do including Go Karting, Mini-Golf, and getting Frozen Custard at Randy's or Andy's! Be adventurous and Explore Bridal Cave, Hike one of the many State Park Trails, or go visit Ha Ha Tonka! Spend some time wandering the Shops and Restaurants along the Bagnell Dam Strip... Last, but not least, If you enjoy home décor shopping, it's a must to find Evergreen and Blair's Landing! You can even Ice-Skate at the Lake; Winter is beautiful here. There's just an abundance of things to do within a short drive Year-Round!
