Please note that individual units may be rental ready but there is still construction taking place at the complex itself. Due to this construction, as well as COVID-19 restrictions, complex amenities will be limited. Closures will be outside of Lewis Realty and the homeowner's control **** NEW to the rental market, 201-B Villa Capriani offers stunning ocean and courtyard views and is located in the highly desired Villa Capriani complex of North Topsail Beach. The Villa Capriani Resort offers true Topsail Island luxury. With many onsite amenities and private guest accommodations, this resort is for vacationers who really want to relax and enjoy their time on the beach. The resort provides elevators for easy access to each floor. Enjoy a meal at the onsite restaurant. A tennis court is available for resident & guest recreation across the street from the complex. Three swimming pools and three hot tubs are available to guests in the central courtyard of the complex. The beach access is located just beyond the largest central pool on the ocean side of the courtyard. Two cars are permitted per property, and parking permits must be obtained from the lobby of the Villa Capriani after checking in at Lewis Realty Associates' main office. Parking around the complex is limited, but additional parking is across the street by the tennis court. This unit will accommodate up to 8 people. Bed sizes will include a King, a Queen, a set of Bunk Beds (2 Twins), and a Double Sleeper Sofa. Pillows and blankets are provided. Linens are NOT provided but are available for rental. ***Please Note: The complex pool is only open for guest use from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend.*** Sorry but NO PETS are allowed at this property. No Smoking is allowed inside this property. Linens are not provided but can be rented along with your reservation. Please ask for pricing information. Pillows and blankets will be provided for all advertised sleeping arrangements. A 7 night Saturday to Saturday stay will be required during our Maritime, Bungalow, and Buccaneer seasons. There will be a 3 night stay minimum requirement for all reservations during our Castaway season. Please see the rates section for season dates. No pesky Security Deposit! An Accidental Damage Protection policy is included with all reservations. This property offers Keyless Access Entry for a speedy check-in. An entry code will be provided before arrival. Keyless Codes activate at Check-In time.
