1. Payment Methods: You can pay by credit card (3% surcharge) or bank
transfer. The Vrbo Assistance service can be contracted with both payment
methods, allowing you to use their customer service and assistance during your
stay.
2. Cleaning Costs:
- Stays up to one week: Cleaning cost: €275 at the end of the stay.
- Stays of two weeks: Intermediate cleaning: 2 hours, performed by 2 people,
halfway through the stay, cost: €90. Complete final cleaning: at the end of the
second week, cost: €275.
- Stays of three weeks: Two intermediate cleanings (one halfway through the
first week and another halfway through the second week), each costing €90.
Complete final cleaning: at the end of the third week, cost: €275.
- Stays of one month: Three intermediate cleanings: one intermediate cleaning
at the end of each week, each costing €90. Complete final cleaning: at the end
of the month, cost: €300.
3. Tourist Tax: A tourist tax of €1 per adult per day is applied during the
first 7 days.
4. Expenses for Weekly Stays: For weekly stays during the low season (from
15/10 to 15/04), a supplement of €300 is applied for water, electricity, and
gas expenses, based on actual consumption.
5. Expenses for Monthly Stays: For monthly stays, €800 is applied for water,
electricity, and gas expenses, based on actual consumption.
6. Late Check-in:
- From 20:00 to 24:00: Supplement of €45.
- After 24:00: Supplement of €70.
- Check-in on Sunday or public holiday: €45.
7. Pets: A supplement of €100 per week applies for pets.
8. Security Deposit: For weekly bookings, the security deposit is €800. For
monthly bookings, the security deposit is €1500.
9. If the stay is less than 1 week, Weekly Villas will apply surcharges.
